      2.3 Gemologist: you may select your preferred gemologist ( More expert will be added )

      2.4 I’m available on or after: fill in your available time to be matched with your selected expert.

Then click “Next”

3. Time

     3.1 In this page you will be able to see selected expert’s available time slot. You may pick a time slot that suits your own time slot.

4. Details

     4.1 Please fill in your detail according to the form – make sure that you give us your email so that we can send you a link to your online appointment. 

5. Check out

     5.1 Follow prompt on screen to make a payment for the service. Once it is paid, you will receive a confirmation email regarding your appointment. You will receive a link to your online video call 24 hours before the time of your appointment.
